A narrative feature film about the scramble for the critical minerals which power the modern world.
The West is in a race against China for global technology dominance. The winner will determine the values that shape this century, and China has moved first.
To remain masters of our own fate we must confront a material reality: there are a finite number of minerals, a limited capacity to process them, and an ever growing demand for their use.
An immense mass of these minerals lie under several countries in the center of Africa that most could not point to on a map.
This is the setting for our film, which will portray the people competing on the frontier of modern industry, and lionize those defending the autonomy of Western civilization.
These countries, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zambia, are the focal point of a four week expedition we are conducting in order to tell this story accurately.
The expedition and accompanying material are the primary objectives of the second phase of development. Combined with existing research and a full screenplay, the aggregate intellectual property will enable production of the full feature film.
